I ENJOYED driving the 2023 Mitsubishi Triton GSR dual-cab ute with my family, as a BabyDrive! These are my top three favourite family features:

  1. The Mitsubishi Triton Dual Cab Ute has rear aircon vents in the ceiling which are great for keeping rear passengers comfortable while driving along.
  2. When it comes to installing child seats in the back of the Mitsubishi Triton Dual Cab there is a great fold-down armrest in the central seatback with zips that allow you to put your hands through to access and tighten the top tether straps which are situated behind the rear seat backs. There are top tether anchorages and ISOFix for the two outer rear seats and I installed an Infasecure Attain More and Infasecure Achieve More in each of the outer seats with a Versatile Folding Booster Seat in the central seat because it does not require a top tether anchorage. Legroom is good, a 182cm passenger can fit in front of a rear-facing child seat.
  3. The rear footwell space if you have rear-facing child seats installed is a great place to pop a compact stroller or pram so you don't have to use the tray if it's raining.
